All Scheduler users have access to view the Resources list in Scheduler located within the Resource module.
Resources are added into the Scheduler system through the Database by the development team. However, once in the system, CRC administration can make the resources available for scheduling. CRC administration can also specify resource details, such as default times the resource is available, any exceptions to the availability, etc.
