How do I manage my study subjects in Scheduler?

Users can use the Subjects module to search for subjects.  Search criteria required are either MRN or a combination of name and birth date in order to find and view existing subjects in the system. 

For Scheduler instances that are not integrated with an EMR system, all roles (except General View) can create new subjects and edit subject demographics in the system.

For Scheduler instances that are integrated with an EMR system such as Epic, subject creation is handled at the EMR level.
