Why can't I add study members to my study?

Only authorized CRC administrative staff will be allowed to add members to a study. If you are CRC administrative staff, make sure the study staff's name was entered correctly, and that there are no extra spaces at the beginning or end of their name. Accidentally adding a space will have a negative effect in the search option. Always try to search based on the User ID as well.
