Why can't I delete a subject record?

Subject records cannot be removed from the system once you have entered their information.

However, you can make edits to the subject information if there are errors with the subject's information. Administration can also deactivate the subject record to prevent users from adding the subject to a study or to prevent study staff from scheduling the subject.
