Unfortunately, Harvard Catalyst Customer support cannot reset or review your password.
User management, including the password reset process, may vary operationally and should be established by your institution. If you have questions about the process, please contact your institution or CRC.
Once your password has been reset, you should receive an email with instructions to login with a temporary password. Please remember to change your password under the Management module when you log in for the first time with your temporary password.
